Hooray for showers! Susie Teitelebaum and Beth Allen (mom's friends) threw a lovely shower where about 20 family/friends showed up. It was so overwhelming because I wanted to talk to everyone, but sometimes that is impossible. Hopefully everyone understood. It was so much fun opening up the sweet baby gifts and getting to 'ooh' and 'aah' over them.It was even more fun when I got home to re-create the baby shower experience for Max and the dogs. I wish I had a photo of this part because by the end of the 'show' Allie was just as attentive as Max. Reese and Calvin went their own way when I scolded them for trying to steal the baby's stuffed animals....that will be a challenge for sure. Nonetheless, the photos are from a wonderful day with family and friends in celebration of Baby Madison.
